Email SMTP Error (SMTP deactivated)

We are getting the error message below and our server has been blocked. We have not changed any settings and it is probably caused by the nearly 300 invoices we have sent out and/or Gmail & Microsoft bouncing emails as spam. Please can you reset the account

Your SMTP settings are deactivated as there were three consecutive errors . Please correct the settings again and reactivate.

We disable any SMTP where an error is received from the SMTP server itself.

In this case, I would check with your email provider before reactivating it to see if there’s anything they have put in place. You can then reactivate the settings in your QuickFile account.
