Emailing receipts to the Receipt Hub

Is the facility down or is it just me?

I emailed some in early this morning and they still aren’t showing up


Hi @Bob, we are aware of the issue and the development team is addressing it right now.

Receipt Hub should resume regular function shortly.

The server that runs our scheduling system updated itself earlier today and did not bring the service back online. Hence the receipt poling and some other routine tasks were not running.

We’ve just restarted this service manually so it should be fine now.
