I have forwarded emails to receipts@ quickfile but they have not shown up in my receipt hub, this has never been an issue before. Can someone help me please?
Sorry to hear about this. Sometimes the emails get caught up in the spam filter and need to be manually released. This is done periodically.
If you don’t receive these emails into your account by tomorrow morning, please let us know and we can investigate further.
