You can just enter them as a bank entry and tag them, but may also have to journal them too.
What type of salaries are they - employee, director or sole trader?

You can definitely journal in your Payroll figures, as long as you know where the journals should go this shouldn’t be a problem. You may be able to get these journals directly from your Payroll software, depending on how you process your payroll.
We have a direct link to The Payroll Site, so if you use this package it can automatically insert the journals for you.
The journals from payroll move things about between your nominal accounts (essentially moving money from net salaries and PAYE liability to gross salaries and employers NI, search the forum for full details), but to record the net payment to the employee or director you should use bank tagging.
You don’t need to import transactions from online banking for this, you can enter individual items with the “add transaction” button on your bank account view.
