Error 401 missing_credentials

Hi does anyone know why I am getting the error message “Error 401 missing _credentials Authentication information is not provided” when trying to submit our VAT return? We have been using Quick File for MTD since February 2019 and have not done anything different this time. Any help gratefully received

Thank you I think it was because the agreement with HMRC lasts 18 months and this Vat return exceeded that. I deleted the account and reconnected and it seems to have worked.
