When I try to create a new purchase from a scanned receipt, I can get as far as filling in supplier details, payment method etc.
However when I then click create new purchase, i get the following in a pop up box:
Error: There appears to be a problem communicating with the server, please retry later (code: 213).
The purchases are still being created in the background (I now have 5 for the same receipt) but the scanned receipt stays as untagged.
A related problem: The created purchases can be deleted, but never actually delete, I’ve tried over and over to get rid of them, but they still show in my purchase list.
There was a temporary problem with the database at around 10:30pm which would have thrown this error whenever attempting to save a purchase marked as paid. Problem was fixed at around 11:40pm. Right now we’re not entirely sure why it happened although we will be looking into this in detail tomorrow.
Those purchases created would have been marked as PAID but the associated payment was never created. We’ve reverted them to unpaid now so you should be able to delete them.
