I have accidentally put my purchases into my account as income and submitted the VAT return to HMRC. Now the VAT return says I have to pay customs rather than being owed money. I have tried to delete the purchases from the sales section on quickfile but it keeps saying “Transactions cannot be deleted as they are currently locked”. How can I fix this?
Also, I have found the form online to send HMRC and error correction form but I need to send them the correct figures on here before I can fill the form in.
