Just reconciling my current account on quickfile with the actual figures on the bank statement.
The balance on quickfile is wrong. Also - I cannot delete entries from the account in quickfile - it says they are deleted, but they remain (even after logging out and back in.)
Anyone else having this issue?
As I’m sure nearly everyone predicted, the balance problem has turned out to be my error!
However, the problem of deleting entries (which I cannot understand how I could be to blame for) has also gone away.

I’m glad you managed to sort this out.
I can’t explain the delay in the bank transactions, although it could be a caching issue (but I think it’s unlikely). If it does happen again, please let us know and we’ll certainly investigate.
