Error message when trying to export a bank statement from Santander

Hi I have previously been able to import bank statments from Santander using the new plugin but today I get an error message in Santander as follows (thumbs down!): Export Failed!
Incorrect account number or authentication key. Please ensure you have enabled file imports on your Quick File account and the credentials supplied are correct.

I don’t think anything has been changed do I need to remove the plug in and reinstall? How would I do this please (if necessary?) Many thanks, Sarah

I don’t see any problems with the feed on our side. I just exported some data on one of our test accounts. The error indicates that one of these two values are incorrect:

The import key can be retrieved in your account settings under “Chrome Bank Feed Plugin”.
