Can you please confirm what you mean when you say signing off?
The accounts production ability itself is not within Quickfile so if you are creating your family members accounts then the Quickfile system would not really help you here.

Vincent. Signing off on accounts has absolutely nothing to do with quickfile.
Even someone such as your self being ACCA must know this?
This is between you, your relative and whatever software you decide to use to file their accounts with hmrc and Companies House.
If its beyond your scope step away and get someone else to do it.
