I’m sure this feature must be here but I can’t find it!
I send out similar invoices/estimates for all the frames I make, with the same list of items on each one - is there a way I can make a master/template for this invoice so I can just populate the specific description/price for each line every time I quote a new customer?
You can create a draft invoice with the skeleton details, then “make a copy” of the draft when you want to raise a new invoice. As long as you keep the template in draft status and never mark it as “sent” it won’t be counted in your P&L.
Or just copy whichever previous invoice most closely matches the one you’re generating. I have a few nearly identical but not quite recurring invoices so I just copy last months and alter the line totals as required.
