Exchange rates - problem

Hello,
I have 2 documents:
issue date: 01/08/2018 (both)
payment date: 01/08/2018 (both)

but difference exchange rates (PLN–> GBP). Any idea why? should be the same
then I found a few more similar transactions.

Can I just confirm what currency the invoice and the payment are in please? Is one in GBP?

invoice - PLN
payment - GBP

That makes sense. It’s possible that there are 2 exchange rates, depending on the payment itself.

It’s quite possible that the bank used a different exchange rate or included a charge for a non-Sterling transaction.
