I have linked QuickFile to an existing Go Cardless account and this created a merchant account for me.
I just need QuickFile to link to the transactions within the Go CardLess account and not generate anything itself but just reflect what is happening juts link another bank account. is this possible? Or do I have download a cvs file of the transactions and upload the file to reflect what has happened?
We currently only support a GoCardless link to collect payments - there isn’t an option for a feed like with the banks, PayPal or Stripe.
But even with the link there, we will only collect payment if it’s initiated either manually on an invoice/client basis, or from a recurring invoice. But this has to be switched on before we take any action.
