How to export (old) QuickFile and import into a new QuickFile
Hello @ukbolag
What are you wanting to export/import
You can export any report or look to your backup which has very in-depth CSV files of each of the ledgers
You can import lots of different items, here are some of the support articles

Hi Steve,
thanks for your reply!
How do I export?
My problem is that we need to REDO our bookkeeping from 01/04/2021
We had terrible time with flooding, typhoon, NO Internet and so on
Our verification number therefore become a mess, that’s why we need to redo everything
Is it possible to open up a QuickFile, export everything and delete what’s in our ordinary account and start all over again, copy and paste but in right order
Hope you understand our situation, we need to be done with bookkeeping end of November
Cheers
Karl
Hi,
yes that’s possible.
Go to Account Settings and click on
Enter your email or dropbox and click Run now
Depending on the size of your account it will may take a while before you get the email.
To clean your account, click on Account settings and then on
Tick the relevant boxes and click Run Delete Procedure
Hope this helps
Every run of the account backup contains all your data going right back to when you started using QuickFile - the date there is the date when you want to start doing the regular backup schedule, not the date of data that will be backed up.
Once you have set a schedule you should then get the option to run a single immediate backup, but I believe you have to set a schedule first, there’s no one-off backup option without setting a schedule.
For reference here is the support article

Hi Ian,
