I have recently transferred all my accounting management to an accounting company who use their own software (sorry). My subscription is due for renewal on 13th December however, I need to maintain a record of my past accounts for legal rcord keeping reason (no need to use the package directly) Is this possible? do you have a holding subscription or is there a way I can export all my data invoices etc for Records keeping purposes?
You can export your account data by using the back up tool. There’s a guide on how to do this here:
It’s worth noting that as it currently stands, we don’t delete any data. So if your account drops into the free tiers (XS, S or M), then you can still access it. Should this change, we would notify you before deleting anything.
