Hi
I have a a list of invoices that I want to export that runs over three pages.
If I select the invoices to export and then move to the second page select those invoices and then move to the third page and then export, only those invoices on the third page are exported.
How to do I export all of the invoices in one report?
Thx.
Michael
Hello @3Unique
The web interface only allows you to export 50 records at a time.
You can run your backup which will export all of your data in CSV format which can then be filtered in Excel (or similar).

Hi Steve
Thank you for the quick reply.
Is there any reason (technical or otherwise) for this?
I would have thought exporting all transactions between two dates in one go would be a fairly routine procedure for many people.
Would it be an easy change to make? i.e.
Export all in selected date range OR
Change the Dropdown to 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, ALL
Thx.

Hello @3Unique
There was a couple of feature requests for this but it has not had much interest over time.
If there was more interest we would definitely consider this. please feel free to add your votes.
Hello,
Is that option to downloads more details fo invoices still under consideration ?
a simple extraction from your DB table would do, we can always manipulate them with XLS or other DB system.
Thank you

I had a look at the P&L as you mentioned & I am afraid it doesn’t serve the purpose unfortunately (even as a power user subscription). Once again the back up route is too long winded for a basic report. I think in the Reports Section, all the display menu information ie - Sales, Purchase, Bank Transactions etc should be made available so this basic data can be downloaded at a request, even if it is emailed or download is available after a few minutes & that too after a few steps process. So it w…
Ok.
In due course I might be able to use the API. But that is for the future.
My work around is simply to export page by page and fortunately there are only three pages. So not the end of the world.
Thank you.
