Hi, is there any reason why when I export (50 clients from client management screen) it won’t export the address information ?

The export option there should export what you see on the screen. In this case, the address isn’t one of the columns, so it isn’t exported.
You can however perform an account backup, which would include this: Create a data backup schedule
