Exporting Data - Missing addresses

My client wants to export all of his client data as a csv but when he does, it does not include the clients address.

Is there a way to export the client data including the clients address?

Client addresses can be found in the Client_Ledger.csv file.

When the back up is sent to your client (either by email or uploaded to their Dropbox account, depending on their settings), the back up will be a zipped folder with several .csv files in there.

The Client_Ledger.csv file will be one of these files.

So my client has to contact Quickfile himself to request a full back up? There’s no way of just doing this from QF as an export?

How would he go about requesting the back up?

No need to contact us, you can generate a back up from within the account itself (more details here).

The export will only show the details that you see on the screen, which unfortunately doesn’t include address. A back up would be the way to go.
