Is there any way of adding two fields into the project over view screen to show Quoted sales and budgeted costs, so that you could compare actual sales invoice raised with the total to be billed on each project.
It would just need to be a couple of boxes for manual entry of the quoted/budgeted amounts?
It would be easy to see what the remaining amount to bill was etc, without digging into more project files.
If there was also a place to put project start dates and project end dates, that would be even more brilliant - as it would just take the project system up a level.
