Failure to reauthorise HMRC consent for VAT

Hello.
Got an email message from Quickfile to reaurthoise my link with HMRC. Nothing has changed.
Error message “Failed” “Client not authorised”. Have tried all support suggestions and unlinked and relinked to HMRC - still same message. Can see historical submissions, but cannot create a new one.
Any ideas?

I can see on your account you have unauthorised 2 accounts connected.

Please try removing these from the Reports > HMRC screen by clicking on the red crosses next to them then connecting the correct HMRC account relating to your VAT number.

I tried disconnecting and connecting the account a couple of times. There is a change of name with HMRC at the moment but they assure me this is not the issue as the change has not yet been processed…
Have tried to reconnect account again now.

The unauthorised message comes direct from HMRC upon connection.

We have no control over this process (other than disconnecting all accounts an reconnecting).
