Faster payments allocation automatically tagged to a client

My faster payments keep going to one client how do i rectify this

Can I just clarify, is it that your transactions are just being automatically tagged as credit for one particular client?

Yes this only happens when a client uses the faster payments

It sounds like it’s a tagging rule that’s causing this. If you go to Banking >> Bank Tagging Rules, you can view all these rules.

If you can’t pick out which one it is, it may be worth setting them to orange in the list, so you’ll need to confirm it before the tagging is completed.
