Fees deducted from statement

I am a new user of QF, Sole Trader / Self employed, I have a small portlio of studio flats.
I do not issue invoices to tenants but receive monthly statements for each from an agent detailing receipts and including agents fees deducted.
How do I tag each flat in banking to automate?

There is this article in the knowledge base, it is aimed towards the letting agents rather than the landlord but you may be able to use it to help you set up your accounts? Bookkeeping for Letting Agents

I know you have said that you don’t issue invoices, but you may find it easier to create invoices for your own records to help record the rent due?
