Filing to Companies House

I’ve started the year end process. (Unfortunately late.)
I’ve filled up every form. All the checklist done.
I’ve paid quickfile to do the filing to Companies House but it’s not happening.
Nothing more I can do on that page. How can I finish that?

Your accounts aren’t late, your accounts are due on 09/10/2014. I checked Companies House and your Annual Return (AR01) is overdue.

We can file your AR01 for you but it’s separate to the annual accounts service. We charge £30 + vat for filing a Companies House return. I’ll send you a separate private message with further details.
