First Direct Bank Feed not working

My First Direct bank account has been linked to Quickfile for over a couple of years now with no problems at all. However, it now seems to have stopped despite saying it is linked and there are 51 days of my current 90 day authorisation still left. I’ve called the bank and tried delinking and relinking the account but still nothing since 18th August 2021 despite several bank transactions since that date. How do I get this working again so I can complete my monthly accounts?

Do you get any error messages, for example when you click the refresh button in your bank account in quickfile?

Or have you tried to revoke the account completely and setting it up from scratch?

You can find this in Account Settings >> Open Banking Feed
