Forgotten login details

Hi. I cannot remember the email address I used to set up my account. I have the account name eg xyz.quickfile.co.uk but do not know the email address or password. Can you please help as I have a VAT return to submit ASAP!

Hi Kirsty_Royal,
You can go to your login page and click on [Forgot your password?] on https://xyz.quickfile.co.uk. Use all your email addresses and the email address which receives a renewal link is the one you have to use. You may have to clear the catch and history and reload the login page between email addresses. How many email addresses do you have? Start with the one which is most likely the one you used to register.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I have already tried this and none of my current email addresses are receiving the link. I believe it may be an old email address which I no longer have access to.
