Good morning, We have a strange occurrence whereby a customers bank is showing as debited on GoCardless but it is not showing in QF. Can someone help investigate please?

Further to the question that @QFBeth asked, sometimes it can take a day or two for payments to appear from feeds due to the way they are run.
Did this payment appear at all? It can be worth noting that if the payment was triggered outside of QuickFile it wouldn’t be automatically imported.
