I have two customers set up in go Cardless. Have tried linking them in QF by following the other post regarding this. I started this as there seems to be no solution. Any ideas how to link customers in QF and Gocardless?

From my understanding, GoCardless only allows the mandate to be active from within the application it was created, for example, an authorisation created through GC can only be used there and not through QuickFile.
However, I do believe some users have had some success with this, so you can give it a go if you wish. The one thing that may trip you up is the mandate ID which can be found following this post:
