Hi

We have used GoCardless since we started with Quickfile many years ago, Recently I have received more emails about how they are ‘helping’ by increasing their prices and changing the system to increase their revenue.

Now they are going to charge for trying to collect a DD rather than just successful ones, I do understand that everyone needs to increase their charges and the research I’ve made cannot find a provider of similar service.

So just wondering if anyone in the community can suggest an alternative supplier that integrated into QF as well as GoCardless??

All thoughts welcome please.

Thanks Steve, I love the way it works smoothly but they just seem to be more motivated by increasing costs, the trouble is it works really well so it’s not a service issue!

QF is great though
