My problem is failing to see DD payments made by customers
We have customers who change from paying by standing order or card payment and then move to Go Cardless - but the customers never tell us of their change.!
Our bank has an active feed so we see card/SO payments. But we often miss GC payments when they are not expected
Can Go Cardless yet allow an active feed?
