GoCardless bank feed issue

I’m having a bit of trouble where some invoices are showing “An instant bank payment has been made for this invoice” (GoCardless integration), but despite the payment already being collected and paid out by GoCardless this isn’t reflect in Quickfile in the GoCardless.com Holding Account. Other invoices showing paid by instant bank payment are feeding into Quickfile without issue. Issue affects payments going back December 23 - February 24.

Is this a known issue? I’ve tried searching for information but only come across this thread that appears to be privated or deleted:

There are no known issues at present, however it is worth noting that transactions made within QuickFile are the only ones that we’ll automatically show in your account. Anything done external to this won’t be imported by us as we don’t offer a feed for GoCardless.

We can certainly take a look at this issue for you - just send a private message to us with your account number and some examples, and we can take a look at this for you
