I am setting up quickfile, i have done the gocardless integration, then tested the creation of a payment DD setup through the our website, that went through. checked gocardless account and it shows its been setup, but i didnt recive an email from quickfile informing me a gocardless new dd has been setup.
am i missing something?
So you made a DD payment, or you setup a client pre-authorisation?
Hi, i also received a payment on the 8th and just only found out that client paid that via go-cardless - i have checked go-cardless and payment is showing to clear on the 20th but no confo from QF system should i have received one?
@crosseventfirstaid was this a one-off payment or a pre-auth?
Did you not receive any email from GoCardless?
