When using the “Setup a Direct Debit for this Client” from the client page, an email can be sent. The “Email from Name” on the Routine Emails page is not being used, instead it says “QuickFile”.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ve flagged this with the development team to look into further.
I’ll keep you updated here with any progress.
By setting the SMTP settings this has now removed “QuickFile” from the email and is showing the correct name.
