I’ve set up GoCardless integration and my first payment has just been paid out. Great stuff, but I was surprised to see that the fees don’t appear in the holding account. Is this expected? I was kind of expecting that the fees would be pulled in as part of the integration. Do I need to add them manually?

The GoCardless integration is not a feed, we only pull in transactions that take place in QuickFile
Gocardless does issue an invoice at month end, so it’s best to record all the fees together and tag to the invoice.
