GoCardless Mandate ID not being accepted

Im changing mandate of one of my clients, but the system is not accepting the gocardless mandate ID, I have spoken to them and they said I should inform quickfile, please4 can you help in this issue

Hi, no it is in quickfile, I need to transfer it to another quickfile account
