GoCardless Setup link not working

Hey Guys, i have set up go careless and the amount have been activated etc

however when i have sent over a Direct debit set up link its says

“There was a problem opening the new Direct Debit form. Please try again later, if the problem persists please contact us.”

please could someone help

If you disconnect the link between QuickFile and GoCardless and re-connect it, does this still produce the same result?

You can do this by going to Account Settings >> Manage Payment Options, and clicking Cancel next to the GoCardless option.
