I only realised recently you can Google Ads VAT Reverse Charge, but when trying to submit my VAT return, the amounts don’t match what I am expecting.
What VAT rate should I put in the purchases, 0 or 20%?
Does the VAT Return automate the calculation, or do I need to amend it manually?

It would be 20%

The vat would be shown in your box 1 and 4 on the return so it nets off to zero.
