I own a rental property, so my accounts should be dead simple! 12 rental incomes, 1 HMRC payment and one accountant payment. However, I’ve reconciled my bank account and I get the green perfect. But it isn’t! My bank account and Quickfile balance are thousands out! Any advice?

I would reccomend ensuring your have the correct opening balances then reconciling the bank account - Reconciling your bank
