Help with creating vat return

Hi All, I’ve been using Quickbooks to file my vat returns since 2019. This month I’ve gone to create my vat return and get this message:
You are not yet authorised to view this report for the VRN 698503001. Please ensure your VAT number is correct and you have connected the corresponding HMRC Tax Account. If you have recently enrolled on the MTD scheme please allow 24 hours for HMRC systems to update.
I have used the HMRC tab and granted authority (last week) still this message persists? What’s gone wrong here?
