Due to personal circumstances I haven’t used my Quickfile account for some time. My Bank feed stopped operating on 2/9/2019 I have just connected to open banking and it does not allow me to download transactions from that date. Can anyone advise on how I can rectify this issue
Unfortunately that is the limit imposed to us and there is no way that we can change it. However, you can download and import csv files from your bank and there is no limit on how far back you can go with these.
