I have Quickfile Credit balance of £1.20 but when I try to renew my bank feed / power user the payment demanded is full and the credit is not used - How do I use my credit or get it refunded pls
If it is the promotional offer from quickfile, which you get when you open an account to test their snail mail offer, then it is not refundable and only for the use of snail mail.
If it is your own money, then you can ask for a refund or you can use it for your subscription, but you have to write to the support team before your due date.
