How can I add a nominal code

Hello, sorry I a new to accounting but learning quick!

I have followed a few threads that were meant to show how to add nominal codes but the pages have been removed.

I see there is Rent Income but I would like to distinguish commercial rent income and residential so wanted to add another code but can;t see how to do this?

Hi @TLTD

If you go to Reports >> Chart of Accounts, this page lists all your nominal codes.

At the top of the page, you’ll see a button to “Create New Account”

Just enter the details and save, and your new code will be created for you
