How can I change the QF number on a purchase

I have removed a few purchases from my list and now I have the gap in numeration. Can I change manually QF number to fill in the gap?

Hi @macuser

Unfortunately the numbers can’t be reused. The deleted copies aren’t fully deleted, just moved to a deleted section. The deleted copies are retained for auditing purposes (e.g. in case HMRC raises any queries).

With purchases, the numbering doesn’t matter so much - it’s more of an internal reference.
