How can I change the VAT start date after a VAT has been submitted?

I need to submit a VAT return from 2010 and I can not change the VAT submit date from 2012 due to a VAT return already being submitted after the date of 2012

VAT returns need to be submitted in sequence so the only way would be to rollback the current return. Personally I would just grab the figures from QF and log into HMRC and file directly on there online service… Just download and check the calculations before committing anything.
