How can I export all sales of 2025?

Hey everyone,

I am trying to export all sales for 2025. How can I do that it only makes me select up to 50 items per page? I have 12 pages each have 40-50 rows. Isn’t there a shortcut to export yearly data instead of selecting 50 by 50. It would help me a lot, thank you for your answers in advance!

What screen are you trying to export from?

If its invoices you can get all invoice data from your backup file (Invoice.csv)

Hi Steve

To follow up on my comment on another thread, why can one not do it from within the program this would be SO much easier. For example in QuickBooks I could export unlimited transactions.

I have moved from QB to QF because QB is cr@p but QF is not perfect, particularly on reports and exports.
