Is there an option to send to all in the message section?

There isn’t I’m afraid. You can however download a CSV file of your clients which includes the email address of the primary contact. You may be able to use this with another piece of software like Microsoft Outlook. I’m happy to point you in the direction to do that.

No problem!
You can create a back up of your clients (and other account data), by using the back up tool (more info here).
This will generate a zip file with CSV files. One of the CSV files will contain all your clients, including the primary contact email address and name.
Depending on your email software, you should be able to import them, or at the very least copy and paste them.
