I have a client who is closing one business and opening another. They have a credit balance with me that I would like to transfer to the new client. Is this possible?

If there is a prepayment balance on the old account you can refund it and add a new prepayment on the new account.
If you do not wish to show this on your current account you could process the refunds on a dummy bank account but as the 2 transactions would net off against each other in the bank record, this would be optional.
