How can my accountant access my account?

I’ve just set my new business up on Quickfile and my accountant wants to be able to access Quickfile to be able to do my annual accounts. How easy is this to set up? Does he have to have the Quickfile package his end or can he access from my side of things?

In short - it depends.

You can add them as a team member to your QuickFile account, but it would need to be a unique email address (that is, not already linked with a QuickFile account).

If they manage other clients on QuickFile, we have a platform called Affinity, which would allow them to access multiple accounts using the same email address.
