How do I find when I last ran Year End?

Hi,

How do I find out when I last ran the Year End Process?

I am sure I ran year end for my 2017-18 year but I seem to be being offered all years for running year end and I can’t find a year end journal. I’m sure I’m blind - can someone please point me in the right direction.

Hi Jonathan,

If you go to Account Settings > All settings and then select Year End Process

That will bring up a list of the Year End’s that you have yet to complete eg.

Alternatively if you go to Journals you can do a search for Year which will also bring up the journals you have completed:

That is exactly how I was looking, the first method gives me a list from 2002 to 2019 and the second gives no entries found. This indicates I’ve not run Year end ever though I’m sure I have done.

Hi Jon,

From the list you are given it doesn’t look like you have ever run a year end. Maybe you have done something similar in the past for you to think you’ve done one?
