As I now have another business, I’ve set up the new business with a new email account. I am now getting huge problems. I cannot log on to the account without using the original email and bank feeds don’t work…
I’ve tried every which way I can think of to get hold of the centre to help, but there seems to be no direct link to them. Please, community, you’re my last hope. I don’t want to leave, but I can’t get my new account working properly. Annoyingly, the old business account is still working brilliantly!
We do help users directly with login account access issues, all other support is provided through this forum. That said I don’t see that you have contacted us directly?

I haven’t sent you a direct contact - I didn’t know how to! Would be grateful for your input to my problems… they are driving me round the bend! Hopefully with you on my side, it’ll be a walk in the park.
If you could give me a contact in the first instance via this email address (even though the problems are not with this account at all) it will be the start I need. Privately, I’ll be able to fill you in on the tale of woe!
