How do I give my accountant access?

Hi there - all good except I still cannot give access to my accountant. I have tried changing her email address but still she does not get access. I just don’t get it - why so difficult, there must be something I’m missing. This has been going on for months. Any simple directions on how to get this working would be greatly appreciated. there a two ways.

  1. Your accountant can access your account via Affinity
    QuickFile Affinity overview

  2. Click on Account Settings and on Team Management

and fill in the details but remember to take an email address which is not used elsewhere on quickfile
